Words matter. Using the specific words makes instructions understandable. Making the right metaphor or using imagery for the right concept can share a vision. Putting words to your ideas by setting goals, predicting problems, recording outcomes can give efficiency and effectiveness to your projects.

Therapy
I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and have practiced with toddlers through hospice care. I do accept insurance for therapy. I work with medical, educational and private goals including swallowing, articulation, strokes, etc. My passion is teenagers and young adult issues. I collaborate with lots of great groups and can connect you with who you are looking for. I accept United and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. I can also assist with out of network insurance claims and super bill reimbursement. Therapy is generally 45-60 minutes and $125 per session (if using insurance, please consult your benefits package for specific details). Indirect and professional services are $100/hr.
Groups
I love to facilitate individuals or groups of any need level to work on creative projects and play strategy and imagination-based games. Speech-language expertise will provide guidance for all to facilitate group organization, goal setting, focused problem detection and solution, and hopefully fun relationship building. I do not package groups, but rather will pair or group clients who are a good match for both personalities and goals. If you're interested in a group, please email me your information and I will be in contact with you should a good match arise! Group costs will vary depending on function and purpose (see therapy or executive function rates for details)
Executive Function for individuals
For less formal intervention, for filling gap skills or general guidance that isn't as intensive as direct therapy, I see clients for 45-60 minutes, 1:1 at a rate of $75 per session (rates subject to change due to inflation, cost of living, and other market factors).
